DARKE COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — One is dead and three others are hurt after a golf cart rollover in Darke County.
The Darke County Sheriff’s Office said it is investigating the deadly accident that happened in the 500 block of Converse Road in Union City.
Investigators said four juveniles were traveling in the golf cart when they veered off the right side of the road and flipped; all four were thrown from the vehicle.
CareFlight transported one juvenile to Dayton Children’s Hospital where they later died. The other three juveniles were treated on scene and released to their families.
Union City PD, Fire, and Rescue responded along with Darke County deputies.
The incident remains under investigation.
