GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose golf team played 36 holes to complete play in the Ironwood Collegiate Classic at the Ironwood Country Club in Greenville, North Carolina.
Presbyterian finished in 11th place with a three-round score of 877 (+13). The host school, East Carolina, won the tournament with a three-round score of 841 (-23).
Richard Anaclerio finished tied for 21st place to lead the Blue Hose with a three-round score of 215 (-1).
Notables
- Anaclerio posted a second-round score of 68 and a third-round score of 73. In the second round, he had four birdies and 14 pars while shooting a four-under 68. In the final round, he had four birdies and 10 pars.
- Jeep Patrick finished tied for 27th place with a three-round score of 216 (E). In the second round, he had five birdies and 12 pars on his way to a four-under 68. In the third round, he shot a 72 with three birdies and 11 pars on his round.
- Spence Hagood finished tied for 44th place with a three-round score of 220 (+4). He shot a 75 with two birdies and 11 pars on the second round. In the third round, he shot a 71 (-1), which included an eagle on the Par 5 574-yard 13th hole. He also had two birdies and 12 pars on the round.
- James Rhodes posted a three-round score of 228 (+12). Rhodes shot a 76 with one birdie and 12 pars in the second round. In the third round, he tallied a 74 with two birdies and 11 pars.
- Gage Gaskins recorded a three-round score of 235 (+19). He had five birdies and six pars while shooting 75 in the second round. In the third round, he posted a score of 83, with eight pars.
